The very gentle woody aroma of Copaiba is soothing and warming for spirits in need of calm and stability. Most uses of Copaiba essential oil have been determined by the traditional use of the people living in South America, where the Copaiba trees flourish. This essential oil is renowned to have anti-inflammatory properties and an analgesic action. Copaiba may help to reduce the appearance of blemishes and is a general skin tonic to improve the appearance of mature skin.

How to use
Massage: use a 2.5% dilution; up to 15 drops per 30ml of carrier oil for sore muscles.
Bath: add up to 5 drops in a dispersant, such as carrier oil or milk, to the bath. To improve skin tone and for relaxation.
Hand or foot bath: add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water.
Steam treatment (face and respiratory): add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Caution due to risk of burns or scalding.
Compress: to a bowl of water, add 2 drops of essential oil. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out excess moisture and apply washer to the affected area. Repeat two or three times as the compress cools down or warms up.
