Ylang Ylang Essential Oil has a deep floral aroma that is quite sedating and may help with feelings of depression, irritation and anger. Known for its soothing and comforting qualities, Ylang Ylang can have a calming effect on the nervous system and an uplifting effect on your mood.

How to use
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.
Massage: Use a 2.5% dilution; 50 drops per 100ml/3.38fl.oz carrier oil.
Bath: Add up to 5 drops, in a dispersant such as oil or honey, to the bath.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower in the evening and benefit from steam inhalation.
Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml/0.17fl.oz carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of neck.
Blends well with:
Bergamot, Grapefruit, Geranium, Lavender, Clary Sage, Lemon, Neroli, Patchouli, Rose and Sandalwood.
Body: May be helpful for easing high blood pressure.
