Lemon essential oil is light, refreshing and incredibly versatile. How to use
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.
Massage: use a 2.5% dilution; 50 drops per 100m / 3.38fl.oz carrier oil.
Bath: add 2 to 3 drops, in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.
Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml / 0.17fl.oz carrier oil and apply to desired area.
Blends with: Bergamot, Eucalyptus, Fennel, Frankincense, Ginger, Juniper, Lavender, Neroli, Rose, Rosemary, Sandalwood, Ylang ylang.
Body: Can help digestive function and is beneficial to the circulatory system. Boosts the immune system and can help improve bodily functions. It is also great to reduce the appearance of cellulite.
Wellbeing: Lemon is great for mental alertness, it clears the mind and aids in decision making. Its stimulating on the mind and its cooling and refreshing on the body as a whole. Lemon lifts spirits and is useful in times of mental fatigue making it great for study.
Cleaning: Renowned for its antiseptic qualities and refreshing scent, lemon is great to use for cleaning. Use as an all-purpose cleaner, a kitchen cleaner and to remove glue, labels and grease.
