Buddha Wood has a clear wooden scent that is sweetened with overtones of gentle vanilla floral. It is an invaluable oil to diffuse when meditating, reflecting and soul searching. A wonderful oil during times of stress and anxiety, it can also be useful to help promote a sound sleep. This oil has good antimicrobial and immune stimulating properties and would benefit an unproductive cough and a dry sore throat. It may also be a valuable addition to an aromatic blend for the treatment of aching muscles and joints that are sore and swollen. Buddha Wood essential oil may benefit skin that is prone to blemishes and can be added to skincare products to create a serene moment for self-care rituals.

How to use
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser to relax and encourage sleep.
Massage: Use a 2.5% dilution; up to 15 drops per 30ml of carrier oil.
Bath: Add up to 5 drops in a dispersant, such as carrier oil or honey, to the bath.
Hand or foot bath: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water.
Steam treatment (face and respiratory): Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Caution due to risk of burns or scalding.
Compress: To a bowl of water, add 2 drops of essential oil. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out excess moisture and apply washer to the affected area. Repeat two or three times as the compress cools down or warms up.
Skin & Hair: May help reduce the appearance of blemishes.
Body: May benefit an unproductive cough and a dry sore throat. Can be added to a blend for the treatment of aching muscles and joints that are sore and swollen.
Wellbeing: Grounding and calming. Great for meditation. Can help reduce stress and anxiety. Encourage a sound sleep.
